If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services and contact us to request account deletion.

If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LunarQuarry regarding the use of the services, superseding any prior agreements between you and LunarQuarry relating to your use of the services.
